Expos Autographs: Milton Bradley #2

Today’s autographed card comes courtesy of John at Old School Breaks. Thanks John! He sent a great stack of stuff my way, and I’ll be reviewing more of it in the near future! Be sure to check out his site.

Bradley Auto2

2001 Fleer Autographics #11
Former Expo
Position: OF
Bio/Summary: I don’t care what Milton is doing with the Cubs, they were fools to sign him; he needs to be a full-time DH at this point in his career. Either way, the guy rocks. Unfortunately, the Expos didn’t get a whole lot out of him between 2000 and 2001. 2001 was his best season as an Expo, when he managed an unfortunate 60 OPS+. I guess it’s no wonder he was dealt for Zach Day. Doesn’t make it right, though.
How Did I Get It?: Sent by John from Old School Breaks. Thanks again!
Did You Know?: Milton keeps his name as a reminder of his father, who abandoned him, and who he harbors a lot of anger towards.
Rating: 9/10 – What a pretty autograph, and some nice color on this card. Just an excellent addition to the collection all-around.
